I briefly had a look at this.
I'd expect the third example to have a 'value' different from "bookmarks"?
["bookmarks", "QuickFox Notes"],
["bookmarks", "QFN/repository1"],
["bookmarks", "F:\\QFN.sqlite"], //Use "\\" instead of "\" in Windows OS

but I haven't tested yet...

I am running FF 11.0 with the latest version of QuickFox notes 2.7.2 on win7 x64
I didn't have any problems until I found that I can install addons for QFN itself :(
I downloaded and installed clip to Evernote, Smilies and Repository Switch
I guess I should´ve waited and checked each one separately, but I didn't and now it seems that the combination led to some corruption on QFN, because I've already tried ruuning it selectively disabling each add-on, even uninstalling all of them, uninstalling QFN and installing back again, and I always get the same problem.
I know posting the same topic to various panels is not the right thing to do, but since this problem began after installing/using several addons, I am posting this problem on each of the corresponding panels. I hope this is not too much trouble.

IMPORTANT NOTE: "QuickFox Notes" experienced an error during initilization; Because of potential danger, QFN will "NOT" save any change within current session.

Error report:
{TypeError @ this.mDBConn is null

It sounds like QFN cannot find its repository. Are you using sqlite database? if so please point QFN to the right repository from Tools>Options>Change repository without migration.

This error most likely occurred by being switched to a wrong repository (Switch repository extension)
