You dont need mouse gesture for that, just enable paste by middle click From Tools>Options.

Middle click is either middle mouse button click or mouse wheel click. Read more here

You can simply modify the script to support paste functionality.

Lines 50 to 70 contain all the actual commands. To paste in Windows OS, you need to send Ctrl+V to the editor:
